Anar Sənani

Anar Sənani has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and operations. Anar started their career in 2013 as a Supervisor at Housekeeper in JW Marriott Absheron. Anar further worked as Head of Casher at New Baku Restaurant from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Azerbaijan Railways CJSC as an HR-payroll Accountant in Oracle SQL(Teamleader). From 2018 to 2019, Anar worked as an HR Payroll specialist at Veyseloglu Group of Companies, and later joined AVT Logistics LLC Azerbaijan as the HR Payroll Leading specialist. At AVT Logistics, they held various roles including Head of Human Resources Operations Division, Head of the Process Optimization Analytics Division, and Head of Human Resources Salary and Analysis Division. Anar then joined Bank of Baku OJSC in 2021 as the Chief Expert on Human Resources Operations Analysis. Later in 2022, they joined Veyseloglu Group of Companies again, this time as the Head of Human Resources Official and Salary Operations. Currently, Anar Sənani is the Head of the Recruitment and Workforce Planning Department at Araz Supermarket MMC.

Anar Sənani received a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) between 2010 and 2014.
