Rashad Mirzayev

Rashad Mirzayev has gained significant experience in the finance industry. Rashad currently holds the position of Head of Finance at Araz Supermarket MMC since February 2023, where they previously served as Head of Business Control from June 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Leading Financial Analyst at the same company from February 2019 to June 2020.

Prior to joining Araz Supermarket, Rashad worked as a Finance Controller at Veyseloglu Group of Companies from December 2018 to February 2019. Rashad also had a brief stint as Deputy Director of Credit Department at OPTİMAL in November to December 2018.

In addition, Rashad has previous experience as a Credit Analyst at PASHA Bank OJSC from August to November 2018, and as a Loan Officer at AtaBank OJSC from May 2017 to August 2018.

Furthermore, they have worked at Caspian Development Bank (CDB) ASC, where they served as a Senior Underwriting Specialist from October 2016 to June 2017 and as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from March 2016 to October 2016. Rashad started their career as a Corporate Loan Officer at Unibank from September 2014 to February 2016.

Rashad Mirzayev obtained a Master's degree in Diplomacy from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the same institution from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Rashad has obtained a series of certifications from CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) including CIMA P2, CIMA Operational Case Study, CIMA F1, CIMA P1, CIMA E1, CIMA BA4, CIMA BA3, CIMA BA2, and CIMA BA1. Rashad has also obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council.
