Amanda Caranese FCCA is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the commercial finance sector. Currently serving as the Commercial Finance Manager at Hotel Chocolat since November 2015, Amanda previously held the position of Finance Manager at Thomas Cook Group plc from May 2011 to November 2015.
