RJ Thompson has extensive experience in the financial industry, holding various managerial and leadership positions in notable companies. Currently, RJ is the Managing Principal and CCO for Asset Management & Trading at ARB GROUP, where they oversee proprietary trading strategies and fund structuring services. Prior to this, RJ held key roles at companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Merrill Lynch. RJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics from Miami University.
