Diana Monteiro

Diana Monteiro, AIC, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Commercial Claim Technical Team Manager at Arbella Insurance Group since May 2005. Throughout her tenure, Diana has held various positions, including Claim Technical Team Manager and Corporate Services Team Manager, Records Center, as well as Claim Service Specialist Senior in the Taxi Department, Personal Auto, and Special Investigative Unit. Prior to joining Arbella Insurance Group, Diana worked as a Legal Assistant at Melick & Porter, LLP from June 2003 to May 2005. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in History from UMass Boston.
