John Butler

John Butler has extensive experience at Arbella Insurance Group, having joined in June 1998 as a Claim Service Specialist and progressing through various managerial roles to the current position of Claim Technical Assistance Manager since October 2008. In this capacity, John Butler oversees a team dedicated to enhancing Arbella's position as a regional leader in Property and Casualty insurance, focusing on team development and career growth. Previous roles include Contact Center Manager, Claim Manager for Subrogation, and various team management positions, where John Butler successfully led teams responsible for significant financial recoveries and cost savings. Before moving into management, John Butler served as a Special Investigator from 2005 to 2008, focusing on automobile theft and injury claims. John Butler holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education from Westfield State University.
