Matthew Postulka

Matthew Postulka has a strong background in information technology and leadership roles. Matthew is currently the CIO and VP of Information Technology at Arbella Insurance Group, where they lead a team of 150 employees and has responsibility for application development, information security, and infrastructure services. Prior to joining Arbella, they served as the CIO and SVP of Technology & Operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, overseeing a team of 160 employees and managing information technology, information security, data and analytics, cash services, and wholesale payments. Matthew also has previous experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held various roles including software development and application portfolio manager, IT project manager, and principal software engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong track record of delivering technology solutions and managing large budgets.

Matthew Postulka has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Providence College. Matthew also possesses a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Furthermore, Matthew has completed the CIO Executive Council's Pathways Leadership Program, focusing on professional development in leadership, business, and technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in 2009 and as a Certified Scrum Master in 2007.
