Samantha Sorocco

Samantha Sorocco is an experienced Information Technology Specialist with a strong background in database management and operational technology. Currently serving at Arbella Insurance Group since October 2017, Samantha focuses on enhancing IT processes and performance optimization. Prior to this, Samantha worked at BBK Worldwide, where responsibilities included monitoring SQL Server databases, managing Windows and Mac environments, and creating documentation for database access and configurations. With earlier experience as a Help Desk & Data Specialist at South Shore Internal Medicine, Samantha demonstrated expertise in IT support and mentoring colleagues. Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Asian Studies from UMass Boston.
