Sally Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Senior Business Project Manager in Commercial Lines Research & Development at Arbella Insurance Group since August 1994. With a robust background including roles as Manager and Senior Project Manager in the IT Office of the PMO, Business Systems Development Manager, and Commercial Lines Policy Systems Manager, Sally has led multiple projects in policy, billing & collections, and claims administration systems while managing teams of business analysts and ensuring successful user acceptance testing.
