Joanne Bersin

Joanne Bersin has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and related fields. Joanne began their career in 1996 as a Managing Editor at Lippincott Williams and Wilkins. In 2006, they became a Human Resources Manager at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, where they provided ongoing consultation to managers in the field and conducted investigations for Nutritional Development Services. In 2012, they joined PRA Health Sciences as a Human Resources Business Partner, acting as a strategic consultant for North American business leaders. In 2019, they moved to Amplity Health as a Human Resources Manager, where they served as a strategic consultant for business leaders and managed employee relations matters. In 2020, they joined Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Human Resources Manager at Arbill.

Joanne Bersin obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton in 1996, majoring in English. Joanne then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University, which they completed in 2008. In 2011, they were certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
