Barbara Gerhards

Barbara Gerhards has held a variety of positions in their career. Barbara began in 1990 with Lufthansa as a Manager Mergers & Acquisitions. In 1997, they moved to Head of Controlling Globe Ground in Santiago, Chile. In 2002, they became a Senior Analyst at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. In 2011, they joined C4M Coaching for More as an Arbinger certified Facilitator and Coach. In 2013, they joined The Arbinger Institute as an Arbinger certified Facilitator and an Arbinger certified Coach (CPCC, PCC). Finally, in 2016, they became an ICF Chaperhost KölnBonn with the International Coach Federation.

Barbara Gerhards has an extensive education history. Barbara has been trained as an Arbinger Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and holds a Master's degree in Economics (MEcon). Barbara also has a Hochschulreife / IB from Deutsche Schule Stockholm, which they obtained between 1980 and 1984. Additionally, they are a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coaching Federation, obtained in January 2017, and holds a Dipl. Volkswirtin.
