Cameron Cozzens

Cameron Cozzens has over 20 years of professional experience. From 1987 to 2015, they served in the US Army as a Soldier and Officer. During this time, they gained extensive experience conducting and managing sensitive strategic Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) operations across the globe. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for The Arbinger Institute as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Senior Vice President of Client Solutions, and Director of the Government Practice. Arbinger is a global training and consulting company that specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve breakthrough results. Since 2021, they have been a Member of Pavilion.

Cameron Cozzens holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Psychology from Brigham Young University.
