Dave Young

Dave Young is a retired professional with experience in a variety of roles. Dave began their career as a Broker at Pacific West Maritime in 1980. In 1982, they became the Managing Director at ODIN MARINE INC. From 2015-2021, they held the role of Strategic Accounts at The Arbinger Institute and was a Member of the Advisory Board of CHILDRESCUEASSOCIATION.ORG. In 2016, they were appointed Executive Director at Worldscale Association (NYC) Inc. and joined the SMA Society of Maritime Arbitrators as a Member.

Dave Young received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from the United States Coast Guard Academy between 1969 and 1973. In 2015, they attended Arbinger Facilitator Training and in 2014 they attended Arbinger Institute CORE at Work Seminar and Society of Maritime Arbitrators Seminar.
