David Hale

David Hale has worked in various roles since 1998. David began their career as a Handyman for Mr Fixit, LLC in 1998. In 2005, they worked as a Process Engineer for the Department of Defense at the 309th Maintenance Wing at Hill AFB, UT. In 2008, they were President of Sunrise Window Cleaning. From 2009 to 2013, they were Managing Director of Simple Energy Consulting, LLC, where they linked green energy installers and investors in strategic relationships. During the same period, they were Media Director/Owner of Crescendo Films, LLC, where they performed Videography/Photography, specializing in weddings and product photography for items sold online. From 2013 to 2017, they were Managing Director of Crescendo Logistics, LLC, where they maintained business relationships and pursued opportunities to connect, enable, and further projects of all sizes. In 2017, they were Program Manager for JBT AeroTech. From 2018 to present, they have been Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations for The Arbinger Institute. David was also Director of Operations for Product Bahn from 2014 to 2018.

David Hale completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Mechatronics from the University of Utah between 2002 and 2006. David then returned to the University of Utah to pursue a Masters in Civil Engineering, which they completed in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Business Studies from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business in 2008.
