Jo Schaeffer

Jo Schaeffer has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade and a half. From 2004 to 2006, they were a Presenter & Adoption Representative at LDS Employment Resource Services. From 2006 to 2012, they were a Certified Trainer at VitalSmarts. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Sr. Education Consultant at Tk20, Inc. - Assessment Solutions at Work. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Training Manager at CWS Corporate Housing. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Sr. Instructional Designer - Leadership at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head of Learning and Development at Tokyo Electron. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Sr. Consultant at The Arbinger Institute. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Sr. Consultant and Facilitator at The People Piece. Most recently, they have been the Founder of Jo Schaeffer Studio since 2020.

Jo Schaeffer has a Masters of Arts from the University of Utah, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Jo also has a Bachelors of Science from Southern Virginia University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2005. In addition, they have a number of certifications from various institutions, including FranklinCovey, VitalSmarts, The Arbinger Institute, Daniel Goleman Business Communication Center, Clayton Christensen Institute, David Allen Company, Crucial Learning, Project Management Institute, and Presentation Advantage.
