Karl Nusshag

Karl Nusshag has had a varied and extensive career. In 2004, they began as a Lead Assistant Club Manager at Chili's. Karl then moved on to become an Assistant General Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill in 2009, and a General Manager at Air Force Romano's Macaroni Grill in 2011. In 2015, they were a General Manager at the Air Force Enlisted Club, and from 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Chief of Community Services Flight and Chief of Sustainment Services Flight at the Department of the Air Force. In 2020, they were the Deputy Director at the United States Air Force. Currently, they are the Client Success Manager at The Arbinger Institute and the Business Owner at Aqua Baby Survival Swim School LLC, where they specialize in giving parents the ultimate peace of mind by equipping each child with the necessary skills and confidence needed to survive in the water should they face an aquatic accident.

Karl Nusshag obtained their Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in General Studies from PennWest California in 2018. Karl also attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001, studying Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. In addition, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in October 2020.
