Kristina Windseth

Kristina Windseth has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1995 when they were appointed Director Communications & PR for Rezidor Hotel Group in Sweden. In 2004, they were promoted to Director Communications & PR for Scandinavia. In 2011, they became a Partner at LifeCapture AB. In 2012, they were certified as a Consultant for The Leadership Circle. In 2016, they became a Certified Facilitator for The Arbinger Institute. From 2017 to present, they have been a Senior Consultant for People Development Sverige AB. In 2020, they were appointed Styrelseordförande for Kvinnojouren Öresund | Ungdomsjouren Öresund.

Kristina Windseth has attended several educational programs and obtained certifications in their field. Kristina has attended the Arbinger Institute, Immunity to Change facilitator, Prof Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey at Harvard, The Leadership Circle, The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global). Kristina has also obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach from CTI, a Certified Practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle, and a Certifierad Handledare för Arbinger Institute from The Arbinger Institute.
