Mark Digby

Mark Digby has had a varied and successful career in sales and management. Mark began their career in 1995 as National Sales Manager - Commercial Imaging at Polaroid, where they achieved 25% profit growth over 2 ½ years. Mark then moved to Australia Post in 2000, where they held the positions of Parcel Product Sales Manager for NSW/ACT and QLD, and Strategic Account Manager/BDM. In 2015, they joined Beretta Australia Pty Ltd as Sales & Logistics Director. In 2016, they began working at The Arbinger Institute as a Senior Consultant & Facilitator, helping individuals, teams and organisations build alignment, resilience and competitive advantage. Most recently, Mark has been working at Hudson as a Leadership and Career Coach since 2017.

Mark Digby has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration from Victoria University of Wellington and attended Upper Hutt College in Wellington, New Zealand. Mark also has certifications as a Certified Facilitator from The Arbinger Institute (obtained in July 2016), an Extended DISC Accredited Practitioner from Work Test l Online Assessments (obtained in July 2016), and a Cert IV in Business Coaching from the Australian Business Coaching Institute (obtained in March 2005).
