Michael Lazan

Executive Vice President at Arbinger Institute

Michael Lazan began their career in 1988 as a Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble. In 1994, they moved to Neca Chemicals as Director of Corporate Strategy. Three years later, they joined Pillsbury as General Manager/VP Marketing. In 2001, they were appointed General Manager at Reckitt Benckiser. In 2003, they became Vice President, Marketing at Eden Springs. Finally, in 2005, they joined The Arbinger Institute as Executive Vice President and later Senior Vice President. The Arbinger Institute is a global training and consulting firm that specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve breakthrough results through a change towards an outward mindset.

Michael Lazan obtained their MBA from The Wharton School between 1986 and 1988, majoring in Marketing. Michael then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1981 to 1983, obtaining an MA in International Relations. Michael completed their undergraduate studies at Columbia University from 1977 to 1981, earning a BA in Political Science.
