Candy Boschard

Candy Boschard has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Candy is currently the Director of Innovation and Delivery at Arbitration Forums, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Agero, Inc. From 2004 to 2018, they held multiple director-level positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they led strategic partnerships and implemented Claims IT Vendor Solutions. Before that, Candy worked at Peace Software as the Operations Director for the Customer Solutions Group and at Descartes Systems Group as the Director of Operations for the Customer Solutions Group. Candy also served as the Vice President of Product Management and Customer Solutions at Cogentric and as the Vice President of eBusiness and Architecture at Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group. Additionally, they worked at Cargill Incorporated as a consultant assigned from Deloitte and Touche.

Candy Boschard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics from Illinois Benedictine College from 1986 to 1989. Candy later obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance from 2007 to 2018. In 2018, they also received a Scrum Master Certification 1 from Scrum.org. It is also worth mentioning that Candy Boschard holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Agile Alliance, which they obtained in September 2008.
