Scott Ames

Scott Ames is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and service management. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Implementation and Incident Manager at Mastech Digital since July 2023, Scott previously held the position of Chief Project Expert for ITSM Governance at SAP from April 2017 to March 2023. Prior to SAP, Scott was the Director of Operations at Infusionsoft from April 2015 to April 2017 and held a long tenure as the Director of Information Technology at American Express between May 1996 and April 2015. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
