Jeffeson Gonçalves

Jefferson Gonçalves has worked in a variety of roles within the IT industry. Jeffeson began their career in 2016 as an Estagiário de Analista de Suporte for SISPREV-TO. In 2017, they moved to the Prefeitura Municipal de Frei Gaspar as a Técnico em Informatica. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Hepta Tecnologia e Informática as a Técnico de Suporte Nível II, where they were responsible for the maintenance of computer equipment, providing technical support both in person and remotely, guaranteeing the availability of computer equipment, providing technical support to other technicians, and performing user queries in Office365. In 2022, they moved to Arbo as a DevOps Engineer, and to EZOps.cloud as a Cloud Engineer.
