Luc van de Plas

Luc Van de Plas is a seasoned BI consultant and management consultant with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as a BI Consultant a.i. at Arbo Unie since April 2024, Luc supports the organization during a long-term leave by building Power BI reports. As a member of the works council at IlionX Group B.V., involvement includes merges and acquisitions and employment conditions. Previous roles include business analyst for De Nederlandsche Bank's InControl project, cloud cost manager, and BI analyst at The HEINEKEN Company, where a focus was placed on data-driven decision-making. With a strong foundation in business analysis and reporting, highlighted by experiences at Liander and ENGIE Energie Nederland NV, Luc has consistently contributed to improving business processes and driving efficiency. Academic qualifications include an HBO degree in Communication from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and earlier education at Tilburg University and Cobbenhagen College.
