Júlia Martín Torres has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. In 2016, they were a Human Resources Trainee at Manpower España, where they were involved in a range of HR activities, particularly recruitment and selection. In 2017, they were a Junior Consultant of Teaching Development at ESADE Business & Law School's Center for Educational Innovation (CEI), where they provided psychopedagogical counseling and supported the organization and evaluation of courses and training actions. In 2018, they were a Human Resources generalist at 3III's in Swindon (UK), where they provided HR support, managed manpower, and handled data production and analysis, financial management accounting, purchase ledger administration, and credit control. In 2019, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant for 3D Printing at HP, where they helped create technology to make life better for everyone. Currently, they are a Talent Manager at Arbolus Technologies, a knowledge-sharing technology platform providing corporates, investment and management consulting organisations with solutions to help grow and manage their expert and advisory networks.

Júlia Martín Torres obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (speciality in psychology of organizations) from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2013 and 2017. Júlia then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Management of Human Resources in Organisations from the same university between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalauréat from Vedruna School between 2010 and 2012. Júlia Martín Torres also holds several certifications, including the Explorer Badge from HP (2020), CAE (Cambridge English Advanced) from the University of Cambridge (2017), DELF B1 (Diplôme d'etudes en langue française) from Federación Estatal EOI (2016) and First Certificate Exam from Cambridge Assessment English (2015).
