Sam Glasswell has a wealth of experience in the knowledge-sharing and professional services industries. In 2019, they became the Founder & Co-CEO of Arbolus - the expert platform, a leading disruptor in the knowledge-sharing industry. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder & Managing Director of Collective iQ, an online marketplace for independent consultants. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Global Relationship Manager & Business Development at GENPACT, where they had P&L responsibility for $25m+ p.a. In 2015, they were the Co-Founder of VentureRing, a network of investors to introduce to startups. In 2014, they completed a 2 year MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at AlphaSights, starting as an Analyst and eventually becoming Vice President. During this time, they were responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Additionally, they were responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing 10+ professionals. In 2008, they held internships at Melrose Plc, Actis LLP, and Aspect Capital.
Sam Glasswell received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IESE Business School between 2014 and 2016. Sam also obtained a BA Hons in Law and Management from the University of Leeds between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended Uppingham School from 1998 to 2003, where they completed A Levels. Sam began their educational journey at St Johns College School, Cambridge from 1994 to 1998.
