Jennifer H. is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at Arbonne International since April 2007, Jennifer oversees document control, finished product release, out-of-specification investigations, supplier qualification, and complaint investigations, while also managing the Quality Agreement negotiation process with contract manufacturers.
