Lea Baltzinger

Léa brings extensive experience in human resources management and organizational development to our team.

In this role, Léa will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to enhance our talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives. Léa will work closely with our leadership team to support the company's growth and ensure that we are attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Léa joins us from a multi-billion global e-commerce, California-based retailer where they held a senior leadership position in HR. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Léa has a proven track record of driving HR strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Léa is originally from France where her family has been running a wine business for many generations. Léa also studied, lived, and worked in Australia, and spent several years in Japan where she gained skills in continuous improvement techniques. She and her family currently reside in Huntington Beach, CA.
