Karey Urbanski

Karey Urbanski, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at The Resource Exchange since June 2023. Previously, Karey held the role of Executive Director of Human Resources at Colorado Springs School District 11 from July 2010 to November 2022, where responsibilities included guiding executive management on a broad range of HR functions, conducting liability assessments, and mentoring supervisory personnel. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Alameda County, focusing on labor relations and compliance, as well as recruitment and employee relations at various organizations, including CLP Resources and the YMCA of the Central Bay Area. Karey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.
