Karen Hernández

Karen Hernández is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support, operations, and social media management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at 1440 Foods, Karen manages scheduling for meetings and events, assists with HR functions, supports marketing initiatives, facilitates legal documentation, and oversees office operations for a company of approximately 90 employees. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Social Media Editor at LatinaWatch and held various roles in HR coordination and legal assistance across multiple firms. A Rutgers University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish, Karen also possesses a strong foundation in graphic design from Bergen County Technical High School.
