Daphnir currently works at Arbor Assays as a Customer Service Specialist and Sales/Marketing assistant. She has worked in the customer service, sales, and financial fields for 15+ years. She has worked in call center environments where she’s excelled from Team Leader to Quality Assurance Specialist. She also works independently as a contract worker for a diverse group of companies for customer service, sales, tax preparation, and technical support. She’s had the pleasure of sharpening and enhancing her skills and experience with several Fortune 500 companies.
