Steve Wilcoxen

Steven Wilcoxen is an experienced quality manager currently employed at ARBOR ASSAYS since June 2023. In addition to this role, Steven serves on the Ypsilanti City Council since November 2018, where leadership is demonstrated by advocating for residents on policy matters related to housing, policing, infrastructure, and other community issues while liaising with various commissions and agencies. Previously, Steven held multiple positions at Cayman Chemical from March 2007 to July 2021, including Technical Support Manager, where management of a department aimed to enhance customer experience across a vast product catalog, and Biochemistry Quality Control Manager, overseeing QC operations. Additionally, Steven spent 17 years as a Research Associate at the University of Michigan, managing a pulmonary research laboratory. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Health/Water Quality from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
