Carlos Chong

Carlos Chong is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and engineering fields, currently serving as a Principal Process Development Associate at Arbor Biotechnologies since August 2025. Previously, Carlos held the position of Senior Research Associate at Oxford Biomedica from January 2022 to July 2025, where significant achievements included enhancing downstream vector production efficiency and developing high-quality chromatography processes for AAV production. Experiences at Homology Medicines, Inc. and Barrday Inc. provided Carlos with extensive skills in process engineering and industrial-scale operations.
