Kelley Skarp

Kelley Skarp started their career as a Regional Director of Sales at Alterra from 2000 to 2001. Kelley then worked as a Regional Director of Sales at LifeTrust America from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Five Star Quality Care, where they developed and implemented regional sales and marketing strategies. Kelley joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2008 as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later became the Senior Vice President of Field Sales & Marketing from 2013 to 2016. In their role at Sunrise Senior Living, they led and managed sales, marketing, occupancy, revenue generation, and growth for a portfolio of communities across 15 states. Kelley currently holds the position of SVP of Sales and Marketing at The Arbor Company, starting in November 2018.
