Kim Medina

Kim Medina is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the senior living sector. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at The Arbor Company since May 2023, Kim previously held several leadership roles at Thrive Senior Living, including Director of Operations, Operations Lead, and Corporate Office Manager from April 2015 to May 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Office Manager at First & Main Management, LLC, and Office Manager at Smith & Liss LLC. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on International and Global Studies from Georgia State University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
