Mallorie Richardson

Mallorie Richardson has an extensive work experience in the field of engagement, training, and recreational therapy. Mallorie has worked at The Arbor Company since 2015, holding various roles including Vice President of Engagement and Training, Regional Vice President of Engagement and Dementia Training, and Regional Director of Engagement and Training. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Engagement Director and Engagement Director at Arbor Terrace Ponte Vedra. Before joining The Arbor Company, Mallorie worked as the Director of Activities at Taylor Residences and as a Recreational Therapist at HCA Healthcare. Mallorie also gained experience as a Summer Camp Staff member at YMCA Camp Greenville and as a Recreational Therapy Intern at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Mallorie Richardson completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Gerontology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2006 to 2011.
