Pedro Noguet

Pedro Noguet has a diverse work experience in facility management and maintenance roles. Pedro served as the Director of Maintenance at The Arbor Company from November 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Facilities at Fox Trail Senior Living from October 2018 to February 2023. Pedro also held the position of Director of Facilities at CLAY Health Club + Spa / The Gym from January 2002 to October 2017. In this role, they focused on maintaining high levels of service for members and controlling costs through preventative maintenance and repairs in multiple facilities. Pedro's career started in 2000 as a Maintenance Manager at David Barton Gym, where they worked until February 2002.

Pedro Noguet's education history includes several certifications and degrees in different fields. In 2009, they obtained an HVAC Certificate and License in Commercial and Industrial Appliances and Commercial Air from fresher jobs in New York. In 1990, they attended CUNY Hostos Community College, specializing in Radiology Technician, where they completed their studies in 1993. Before that, between 1988 and 1990, Pedro attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, focusing on Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Pedro has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they received NFPA 72 - Fire Signaling- Fire Panel certification from NFPA. Pedro also obtained Osah 40 certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in October 2020, and OSHA 10 certification from the same institution in January 2019. Pedro holds a Food Handle License / Food Safety / Mechanical Kitchen certification, obtained in July 2012 from The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. In December 2010, they earned the EPA Technician Universal Certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Additionally, in October 2010, Pedro obtained 410 A hi-pressure safety and handling certification from AC&R Safety Coalition. In August 2009, they received an Advance Refrigeration certification from the Coalition of NY State Carriers and Trade Schools, and a Major Commercial Appliances certification from the New York State Department of Education.
