Stefano Ambrosino

Stefano Ambrosino has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Stefano began their career in 2002 at Princess Cruises, where they worked in various roles, including Junior Assistant Purser, Assistant Purser, Senior Assistant Purser, Hotel Controller, and Customer Services Director. In 2015, they joined Holland America Group as a Manager, where they were responsible for Fleet Talent Acquisition and later became the Manager of Crew Scheduling. In 2022, they joined Royal Caribbean Group as the Director of HR Ops Workforce Planning. Currently, they are working as the Engagement Director at The Arbor Company.

Stefano Ambrosino completed their high school education from 1993 to 1997 at Liceo Linguistico, where they obtained a diploma in Lingue e letterature straniere, generale. In addition to their formal education, Stefano has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include a Design Thinking: Customer Experience certification from LinkedIn in May 2023, a Teaching in Adult Education certification from Udemy in May 2023, a Master Course in Project Management 2.0 certification from Udemy in April 2023, an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism Industry from edX in April 2023, and a Leadership in 21st Century Organizations certification from the Copenhagen Business School in March 2023. Stefano also holds a certification in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn in February 2022. In January 2022, Stefano obtained an Oceanography Diploma Course from the Continued Professional Development Institute - UK, and a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn. In March 2021, they obtained a Marine Biology Diploma from the Continued Professional Development Institute - UK, and a Human Resources Management certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Berlin, Germany. Stefano also holds a Human Resources Level 3 Diploma Course certification from Quality License Scheme - CDP learning in April 2020. Additionally, they have a diverse set of certifications unrelated to their professional career, including an Open Water Diver certification from PADI in March 2009 and a Telescriventista - Teletypewriter certification from the Ministero della Difesa Italiana - Italy Ministry of Defence in April 2000.
