Jay Houck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at Arbor Financial Group since August 2023, Jay has held similar positions at Secure Choice Lending and has a solid background in management from roles as Branch Manager at Sun West Mortgage Company and Primary Residential Mortgage. With previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Mtn West Financial and Geneva Financial LLC, Jay has been actively involved in real estate since 2004, also serving as Senior Pastor during an extensive tenure at Springs of Life Church. Jay's diverse skill set includes working with first-time buyers and managing foreclosure listings, alongside a strong foundation in leadership and community engagement developed through roles in church ministry. Education includes attendance at Moody Bible Institute and Trinity University.
