Nate Kuchera

Nate Kuchera is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in residential real estate lending. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Advisor and Construction Loan Consultant at Arbor Financial Group since March 2024, Nate previously held roles as a Mortgage Loan Consultant and Construction Loan Consultant at Kinecta Federal Credit Union from January to December 2023. Prior to that, Nate was a Sales Manager and Senior Loan Officer at New American Funding from February 2015 to January 2023, and served as Vice President and Senior Loan Officer at Bank of Manhattan N.A. from December 2011 to February 2015. Nate Kuchera earned a Bachelor's Degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and graduated from Foothill High School in June 1992.
