Fache Robert Mach Arrt (R)

Robert Mach, FACHE, ARRT(R) has extensive experience in healthcare administration. Robert served as the Chief Executive Officer at Arbor Health, where they provided leadership for a team of 6 direct reports and managed over 250 employees. Robert worked closely with a publicly elected board of commissioners to enhance the hospital's quality, financial performance, and public perception. Earlier in their career, Mach served as the Chief Operating Officer at Littleton Regional Healthcare. In this position, they provided leadership for 14 direct reports, 17 departments, and over 100 employees. Robert was an integral part of the hospital's executive senior management team and played a crucial role in mentoring and leading team members to achieve their highest potential. Robert managed a budget of over $82 million in revenue and $28 million in expenses.
