Shannon Kelly

Shannon Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Shannon is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Forks Community Hospital since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Arbor Health since March 2006. Before joining Arbor Health, Shannon worked at Morton General Hospital, where they started as Payroll in March 2000 and later became the Executive Assistant from March 2001 to March 2006.

Shannon Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they received certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015. Shannon also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010.
