Cheryl Stansifer

Cheryl Stansifer, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of human resources and leadership roles. Cheryl currently serves as the President of Rack Processing Company, Inc. and has been in this position since April 2022. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the same company, starting in January 2020. Before joining Rack Processing Company, Inc., Cheryl worked as a Human Resources Consultant at 3|HR Consulting from June 2016. Cheryl also worked as a Human Resources Consultant and later as the Director of Business Operations at P&C Pharma from August 2016 to September 2021. Cheryl's earlier experiences include roles at McGohan Brabender, where they held various positions such as Vice President of Human Resources/Shareholder, Director of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources. Cheryl also worked as an Account Manager and a Renewal Specialist at the company. Prior to their time at McGohan Brabender, Cheryl served as a Human Resources Coordinator at IU Health Bloomington Hospital and as a Special Projects Intern at Community Hospital & Healthcare System.

Cheryl Stansifer, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with minors in English Literature and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Cheryl also has a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indiana State University. Additionally, Cheryl has obtained multiple certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Cheryl has also completed various professional development courses, including the Dale Carnegie Course and multiple Dale Carnegie training programs. Cheryl has further expanded their expertise through certifications such as the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) Designation and the State of Ohio Accident, Health and Life License, as well as completing the Predictive Index (PI) training on identifying unique talents and motivations in the workplace.
