Cheryl Stansifer, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of human resources and leadership roles. Cheryl Stansifer, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with minors in English Literature and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. Cheryl also has a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from Indiana State University. Additionally, Cheryl has obtained multiple certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Cheryl has also completed various professional development courses, including the Dale Carnegie Course and multiple Dale Carnegie training programs. Cheryl has further expanded their expertise through certifications such as the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) Designation and the State of Ohio Accident, Health and Life License, as well as completing the Predictive Index (PI) training on identifying unique talents and motivations in the workplace.
