Andrew Szczerba

Andrew Szczerba is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Arbor Realty Trust since October 2005, Andrew develops complex financial models to project financial statement line items for a firm managing a $2.5 billion loan and investment portfolio. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at American Home Mortgage, significantly improving month-end closing procedures and preparing financial statements for regulatory filings. Andrew began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Appraiser at A.J. Volpe & Associates, LLC, where property values were assessed using various appraisal approaches. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
