Brett Neely

Brett Neely has extensive experience in underwriting and financial analysis within the commercial mortgage banking sector, specializing in FHA multifamily lending. Currently serving as SVP and FHA Chief Underwriter at Arbor Realty Trust since May 2018, Brett has held several roles including VP and FHA Deputy Chief Underwriter, along with positions at Greystone & Co. and Great Lakes Financial Group. Notable achievements include underwriting 17 MAP/LEAN transactions totaling $125 million. Prior experience includes roles at KeyBank and PNC Financial Services Group, where Brett focused on business analysis, project requirements development, and daily reporting. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from John Carroll University.
