Brian Morith

Brian Morith is an experienced professional in the fields of risk management and property inspection, currently serving as Vice President and Technical Director at Arbor Realty Trust since July 2021. Previously, Morith held the position of Manager of Physical Risk at Freddie Mac from November 2012 to July 2021, where expertise focused on engineering, environmental, and construction-related issues. A background includes roles as Managing Member at NOVICS, LLC, Chief Inspector at Greystone Servicing Corporation, and various positions in asset management and inspection across multiple financial institutions. Morith holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Olaf College.
