Chris Moser

Chris Moser is a seasoned real estate professional with 16 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions & Originations at Arbor Realty Trust since January 2023. In this role, Chris is responsible for originating various loan products, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and bridge loans, while also managing equity investments within Arbor's affiliates in the BTR and SFR sectors. Prior to this position, Chris held the role of Director of Acquisitions at ArborCrowd and Vice President at Hunt Companies, Inc. Additionally, Chris gained experience as a Senior in Transaction Real Estate at Ernst & Young. Educationally, Chris holds a Master's in Accounting and dual Bachelor's/Master's degrees in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University.
