Dustin Smith

Dustin Smith serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Arbor Realty Trust since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dustin was the Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management at LNR Property, LLC from June 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across multiple states including Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Earlier in their career, Dustin worked as an Associate-Analyst/Broker at Commercial Florida Realty Advisors Inc. Dustin holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate, an MSRE in Real Estate and Business, and a BSBA in Real Estate, Marketing, and Finance, all from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
