Josh Yuran

Josh Yuran is a seasoned professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Structured Finance at Arbor Realty Trust since March 2020, having previously held the positions of Assistant Vice President and Senior Analyst in the same department. Prior to joining Arbor Realty Trust, Yuran gained valuable experience at CBRE from June 2015 to March 2020 as a Senior Valuation Associate after starting as a Researcher and an Intern. Earlier in 2013, Yuran completed an internship at Mountain Development Corp. Academically, Yuran holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and a degree in Risk Management from Pennsylvania State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
