Kecia Williams has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a Closing Officer at Arbor Realty Trust since August 2012, where responsibilities include coordinating the closing process for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans and preparing documentation. Prior positions include Prequalification Reviewer/Analyst at the New York City School Construction Authority and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal roles at New York & Company and Cassin & Cassin LLP. Kecia Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Berkeley College-New York, as well as an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved program at Berkeley College, and additional education from the New York Real Estate Institute and NYU School of Continuing Professional Studies.
