Sam Schwass

Sam Schwass is currently the Vice President of Sales at Arbor Realty Trust. They have extensive experience in the commercial real estate lending industry, specializing in multifamily assets, single-family rental portfolios, and bridge loans. Prior to joining Arbor Realty Trust, they worked at Citi as a Collateral Analyst and at PHH Mortgage and HSBC in foreclosure review roles. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
